I gained my psychology education in California. My doctoral work in psychotherapy included Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential and Family Systems. I also have introduced to Sweden current US models such as Emotional Transformation Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Lifespan Integration.

Today, I live and work in Stockholm since 2003. I provide therapy in English to private clients at Anxious or Blue Therapy Clinic and to business clients at MindSolutions - Internal 360™. My clients include individuals or couples where one prefers English over Swedish. Many of my clients are Swedes, who prefer working in these helpful, newer ways.

I received my masters and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) and the California Psychology Internship Counsel (CAPIC). I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology at California State University, Long Beach, with Honors: Cum Laude. My first Bachelor degree was in Business and Public Administration.

I teach or have taught workshops on current and advanced methods in psychotherapy at the Stockholm Academy for Psychotherapy Training and at the Delphi Institute in Stockholm, along with private groups of licensed psychotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists. Both schools are graduate level training programs for psychotherapists in Stockholm.
